Sewer and Water Line Service in Commerce City, CO

Commerce City carries two very different underground histories side by side. The older core near 60th Avenue and the original industrial rail corridor dates back to the early twentieth century, and residential streets there still run vitrified clay sewer and galvanized or early copper water services that have been patched piecemeal for decades. Reunion, Buffalo Highlands, and the other large master-planned communities built since the 2000s are a different story entirely, running PVC sewer and PEX or copper supply installed to current code.
