What Information Do We Collect?

We collect the information you type into a quote or contact form on this website, and a small amount of technical information about how you arrived here. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Your name, email address, and phone number, as entered in the quote form.
• The services you check and the message you write in the form.
• How you heard about us, if you choose that option.
• The page you submitted the form from.
• Marketing attribution values carried in the link you clicked, such as UTM parameters and a Google click identifier, when they are present.
• Your IP address at the moment of submission, used to rate limit automated form abuse.

How Is Your Information Used?

The information you submit is used to respond to your request and to quote the work. It is also used to understand which pages and campaigns produce real inquiries, so we know where to spend our advertising budget.

We do not run an email newsletter from this site and we do not add form submissions to a marketing list.

Where Is the Data Stored?

Form submissions are validated on our server and stored in a private database table that is not readable by the public website. There is no public or anonymous read access to lead records. Only our internal service process can write to and read from that table.

When a form is submitted we also send an email notification to the business so the request reaches a person quickly. That email is delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider, which processes the contents of the submission in order to send the message.

What About Analytics and Tracking?

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager loads the tags, and Google Analytics 4 measures page views, form submissions, and phone number clicks. Those events record that an action happened and on which page.

No Meta Pixel, Facebook tracking pixel, or advertising remarketing pixel of any kind runs on this website. We do not build advertising audiences from your visit.

Marketing attribution parameters present in the URL when you arrive are stored in your browser so that if you submit a form later in the visit, we can tell which campaign brought you here. This attribution data lives in your browser's own storage and is submitted only with a form you choose to send. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Do We Use Cookies?

The site itself does not require cookies to function. Analytics and advertising tags may set their own cookies or browser storage under their own policies. You can block or clear these through your browser settings without losing access to any part of this website.

How Long Is Information Kept?

Lead records are kept for as long as they are needed to service the customer relationship, including warranty questions and accounting. There is no fixed expiry date. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove the record.

How Do You Request Deletion?

Tell us the name, phone number, or email address you submitted so we can find the record. We respond to access and deletion requests within one month. Copies inside email inboxes are removed as part of the same request.

Children

This site is a contractor services website intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how this site collects or handles information, we will update this page to match the actual behavior of the site rather than leaving stale language in place.
