These terms apply to your use of this website. Denver Sewer and Water is a private, family owned and operated company. We are not Denver Water or the City and County of Denver. If you need utility billing, a water account, or municipal service, contact the appropriate public agency.

Everything published here describes services in general terms. Underground conditions vary by property, by depth, by soil, and by jurisdiction. Nothing on this site forms a contract, a warranty, or a guarantee of a specific result, a specific method, or a specific cost on your property.
Estimates Versus Quotes
An estimate is an informed range given before we have seen the line. A quote is a written price for a defined scope of work after inspection, and it is the only figure you should rely on. Anything discussed by phone, in email, or on this website before an inspection is an estimate.
If conditions change once the ground is open, we stop and talk to you before performing additional work. Changes in scope are agreed in writing.
Permits and Jurisdiction
Permit requirements, inspection sequences, fees, and restoration standards are set by the governing authority, not by us. We coordinate and comply with them, but we do not control their schedules, their fees, or their decisions.
