How the Three Companies Are Related

Denver Sewer and Water, Affordable Septic Pumping, and Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing are three separate businesses owned and operated by the same family. We disclose that plainly because the relationship is real. Each company keeps its own name, its own crews, and its own phone number, and each one takes the work it is genuinely built for. When a call belongs to one of the others, we hand it over instead of stretching to cover it.

The practical benefit for a customer is simple. One phone call reaches people who know which of the three should be standing in your yard, and the handoff happens inside one family rather than through a referral you have to chase.

Denver Sewer and Water

This company handles the underground infrastructure. Sewer lines, water lines, fire lines, storm drains, septic system installation and repair, tap services, and the excavation and trenchless work those jobs require. Affordable Septic Pumping

Our sister company Affordable Septic Pumping handles the routine side of septic. Pumping, tank cleaning, inspections, and grease traps. That work runs on a pump truck and a schedule, not an excavator, which is why it lives in its own company. When a tank needs service rather than replacement, they are the right call.

Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing

Our sister company Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing takes the plumbing inside the walls. Fixtures, water heaters, interior repiping, and in-house drain calls. If the trouble stops at the foundation, they solve it faster than an excavation crew would.
